Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order. Expect an email within these days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders placed before 2.00pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next working day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 working days using Ninjavan. Flat rate shipping fee of RM15.00 applies to orders shipping domestically. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Singapore, Brunei.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. YADOTSA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
